Google’s position in the market only continues to improve. Very limited opportunities for promotion and advancement, people can make club and not even get more than a “meets expectations” rating.

It is a Great company, it's just changed a bit in the past few years, and is now more focused on profits. But it all comes down to the team you end in and the manager you end up with. Quota attainment will be directly based on these facts.
