Lots of sexual scandals between managers and I.C.’s - politics as well. Solid product/service, but commission was not great while I was there ($60k service sold for a $250 commission. territory managers ran a...Read More

Former Employee2.6Feb 26, 2025My overall experience at Goosehead was a negative one. There was not a lot of structure with training, at times I didn't receive any help at all. Leadership and culture was very toxic to say the least, I have never experienced anything like it.
