Good sales training and makes you really put yourself out there over the phone and in person, management is toxic and it's got frat house culture/favoritism, commission is way under market rate

My experience here was extremely draining. The management is filled with 21-26 year olds that don’t know what they’re doing. The work life balance is non existent. There is no inbound lead flow. The compensation structure is very unstable. The whole company is a scam and they don’t care about you as an employee. I spent more money getting to work than I was making....Read More
