Overall experience was a 3/5. Started great, then quickly became toxic. Huge upside in earnings potential, but that is 100% dependent on 1) luck or 2) having personal connections to Regional Sales Directors (most will unevenly distribute the best accounts / opps, even to reps they are dating). Overall - the sales and executive leadership team are extremely immature, pretend like they know what they're doing, and more than not are sociopaths.

Truly impressive place with great people and amazing culture. Very demanding, but highly rewarding. Great product fit and great innovation. Very close to competitors on technology. Disrupting the market.

My overall experience was good and once employee count went over 1K it became increasingly harder and nearly impossible to get promoted.
