I see Enterprise is split into acquisition vs. growth. What is the logic behind that split? Usually, Enterprise follows a land and expand motion, so I imagine some friction between acquisition reps closing small lands and then losing those accounts to growth.

what are typical ACVs for enterprise? what does Grafana consider to be enterprise?

Have things improved in terms of territory balance? A previous comment said it is almost entirely territory dependent at the Enterprise level, and that the company does a bad job of ensuring fairness across territories.

Is the Enterprise Acquisition team a good place to be at Grafana? I imagine it is very territory dependent and luck of the draw in terms of if your accounts have a compelling event to switch from a competitor.

Got approached about an Enterprise AE role on the Growth team at Grafana. How is that team performing, is it a good opportunity?
