High Performance Culture that rewards exactly that. Best comp plan I have seen in my career with a true opportunity to make life changing money matched with an amazing product and a leadership team that is focused on building a world class sales organization. Extremely focused on training and developing people within the org at all levels. Expectations are high here. But so is the reward for the hard work.

Very interesting company with a great trajectory but take a very short term view on employee's and are quick to make changes even when that may not be warranted. With the many many turn overs in reps and frontline leadership and a new regime in place better watch out to not fall out of favor.
