The company is growing revenue worldwide very successfully. It’s a great product. Certain regions are really struggling like east and central. The comp model for SEs is standard 70/30 base and variable. The payout for variable is based on territory and region attainment of quota. I've heard things have changed but when I was at Grafana I heard a top earner (female) ask for more consideration for diversity on the sales team during her QBR.
