Current Employee The company is growing revenue worldwide very successfully. It’s a great product. Certain regions are really struggling like east and central. The comp model for SEs is standard 70/30 base and variable. The payout for variable is based on territory and region attainment of quota. As a result, the SEs in the high performing regions think it’s great but the SEs in the underperforming regions are all miserable. The AEs and RVPs in those regions are leaving or have left. Participation rate for AEs is very low.
