I am towards the top of the pack as far as achievement within my role, and I still feel like I’m fighting for my life every day. Base pay is low. Comp plan is a tier system so you starve until you’re over 66% to goal. Most reps don’t hit goal.

Stopped investing in customer support and innovation. Prices went up but the product doesn’t do anything to justify the increase. Customers in the public sector are over Granicus.

Company prefers to focus on AI product that caters to “nice to have” tools, that have already been brought to market. We feel very late to the party

Success is very much driven by which territory you get. The people who have success do not leave. So if you are interviewing for an open role, ask how many AE's have been in that territory the last few years to help give you an idea.
