Current Employee3.1Aug 23, 2025I am towards the top of the pack as far as achievement within my role, and I still feel like I’m fighting for my life every day. Base pay is low. Comp plan is a tier system so you starve until you’re over 66% to goal. Most reps don’t hit goal.

Also, the prices are around 4x more than our competitors and the value of more analytics is a hard ROI to sell into government.
