Great company culture with really friendly folks. Lots of flexibility with developing your business but often lacks structure on how to navigate org. Lots of tribal knowledge. Pay is based on strict hierarchies and not very clear comp plan for reps.

it was okay. being a trainee entails working in the warehouse for 18 months and i wasnt going to do that

Overall, great company to work for. The pension and retirement benefits are second to none, but compensation in the industry is rock bottom, especially for high potential sales talent. I made 2x my total comp year 1 after leaving, and now make 5x+ 5 years later.
