Leadership at the middle is poor, mainly caused by an obsession with fulfilling a diversity quota, rather than hiring decent talent. Highly liberal working environment that is going to struggle whenever the wind changes direction.

Greenhouse is more of a quantity vs. quality approach. Quota isn't very attainable with only 30% hitting on a good month. Culture is more competitive than collaborative.
