While new customer acquisition teams continue to do okay, Greenhouse is losing a ton of existing ICP customers due to a lack of innovation. The C-suite leadership team (and one co-founder) has turned over a ton, vision and innovation is clipped, and the company is having a hard time achieving it's annual OKRs.
