My overall experience at Greenhouse has been mixed. There’s been a noticeable shift in the organization since my last review — changes in leadership, shifting priorities, and evolving product direction have made hitting quota more challenging.

Challenging culture with current leadership. Has become a “churn and burn” situation with top reps getting put on PIPs and others leaving after having no path forward for growth. The product needs to become more innovative quickly to stay relevant. Quota is not being hit by 90% of reps, and base split is low compared to industry standard.
