Good for the most part. Company was just slow to react to market changes and did not build comp. plans that rewarded people for the right habits.

Challenging culture with current leadership. Has become a “churn and burn” situation with top reps getting put on PIPs and others leaving after having no path forward for growth. The product needs to become more innovative quickly to stay relevant. Quota is not being hit by 90% of reps, and base split is low compared to industry standard.
