Challenging culture with current leadership. Has become a “churn and burn” situation with top reps getting put on PIPs and others leaving after having no path forward for growth. The product needs to become more innovative quickly to stay relevant. Quota is not being hit by 90% of reps, and base split is low compared to industry standard.

lots of competition, pricing can be difficult for small business at times because Greenhouse is higher priced solution
