They keep cutting sales commission and pretty much everyone in the company’s pay. The company isn’t profitable, mass layoffs, this is blockbuster 2.0

I enjoyed my time at Grubhub. The only thing I found myself wishing for was more transparency from upper management on the direction the company was headed and where we were performing according to that goal.

My overall experience has been positive until recently. Despite the low base pay, the company made it possible to make it up in commission, but have made significant changes to hinder that.

Leadership has never done your job and therefore micro-manages you. They constantly struggle to put together an effective strategy for sales. Hides in the data and doesn't acknowledge or fix real problems. Lots of gaslighting. Says they value and want honest feedback but that's not what their actions say. Always blames sales and cuts pay.
