Great coworkers, terrible management. Revolving door of employees at all levels. You will notice they are always hiring but it’s never an expansion.

Intense culture and PGT is interesting to say the least, however, it's an incredibly talented group of sellers. Top sellers make a ton of money. Harness is not for everyone, but those who it is for, love it here, myself included. Powerhouse sales program.
