Intense culture and PGT is interesting to say the least, however, it's an incredibly talented group of sellers. Top sellers make a ton of money. Harness is not for everyone, but those who it is for, love it here, myself included. Powerhouse sales program.

High growth and complex technology = Growing Pains for the org. Sales expected to own many things that would traditionally fall to other groups.

Good product. Sales and customer success overwhelmed with too many products to manage and learn. Sales leadership is old school. Focused on growth and nothing else. One of the worst sales environments I have ever experienced.
