You need to hunt or be hunted. You need to walk, talk and worship all things force management, and be on the career tree of the CRO and other leaders. Any areas for individuality will be spotted quickly and your life will be made difficult to ensure you are quietly made to be fired. Some leaders are okay, but the majority are best described as being like Tom from succession, and that's generally the culture of the company. Bar 2-3 reps with anchor deals, the rest of the sales org are really struggling through.

High growth and complex technology = Growing Pains for the org. Sales expected to own many things that would traditionally fall to other groups.
