Yet, with some departments not hitting goals, they’re blaming reps, not themselves for inflating goals while depleting marketing / product dev support. They are now handing out PIP’s like candy. The culture is unhealthy. I would only recommend roles as acute AM or clinical SE for acute aligned products....Read More

Current Employee3.6Feb 6, 2025Just wanted to add for people smart enough to look here before applying. BDR/SDR pay is way too high here. OTE is 65k and top performer ~90k. These numbers are from the old comp structure that involved getting percentages of closed won opportunities (including inbound).
