Leadership believes products sell, not reps, so they don’t pay. Yet, with some departments not hitting goals, they’re blaming reps, not themselves for inflating goals while depleting marketing / product dev support. They are now handing out PIP’s like candy. The culture is unhealthy. I would only recommend roles as acute AM or clinical SE for acute aligned products. Those always have attention.

Good! Pay is not normal for software account executives but there were always opportunities to learn. HealthStream products are dominant in all the fields they compete in.
