Former Employee Working at this company was a disappointing experience due to its terrible mid-level management and outdated technology. The ineffectiveness of the management team resulted in poor communication, lack of clear direction, and a generally toxic work environment where employees often felt undervalued and unsupported. Additionally, the company's reliance on obsolete technology severely hampered productivity and innovation, making it challenging to keep up in today's fast-paced market. This combination of poor leadership and antiquated tools not only stifled individual growth but also hindered the overall progress and success of the organization. I ultimately decided to quit and cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for a supportive and forward-thinking workplace.
