My overall experience was okay. They hold BDR's back for years. You have to force your way up but that can be derailed by high levels of nepotism.

HealthStream "can" be a good culture fit if you know the right people. Base compensation is laughably low that it's insulting. There is a lack of training when it comes to being in a sales-facing role. The only real training is learning the massive amount of products that HealthStream offers (half of them are useless or underdeveloped). The only reason I have stayed...Read More
