Great for sales executives with a large network of CPAs, P&C and H&B brokers. Self prospecting alone is unsustainable and it takes a while to build partnership trust for them to refer you in for payroll and HR solutions. You don’t “own” your book in that they force buyout your clients so residuals are challenging to build.

The company at its core is doing the right thing, Opportunities for new people to start fresh are few and far between, high burnout rate and I think that's attributable to their comp structure although highly lucrative, it's very complicated and hard to attain.
