First 3 months was great as it was a ramp-up period but it pretty much depends in your leadership and the territory. Unfortunately for me, I was completely left lead with novice type of training and the man who hired me was completely clueless on the territories. My recommendation, look into the profile of the person hiring you but the company isn't bad.

Overall, the experience at Touchnet was great for relationships and people. The rest of the time was terrible, pay structure was extremely low and would barely meet industry standards today.
