Current Employee Heartland has potential, but the biggest flaw is their lack of investment in technology to help reps. They do not invest in any CRMs, anything like ZoomInfo so you are grinding out dials, or building partnerships with CPAs etc to get leads. I think the product is great for SMB but I don’t recommend the PDM position as you have 8 weeks to sell 10 units and you are not allowed to build partnerships etc. they tell you to just cold dial. That doesn’t seem bad until you realize 90% of the CURRENT customer info is wrong and you don’t even have emails of CURRENT customers. Absolute disaster tech wise on the back end. Once they merge they may get better in 12 months but they will not be changing anytime soon. I would only take the role on if you have a huge network or any partnerships to poach from your previous payroll job. Browse Other Reviews
