My overall experience so far has been difficult to say the least. Training is non existent , which leads to a 6-9 month transition into the role. Let alone being one of the lowest paid managers is a bit gut wrenching in itself. The product is good, but don't be prepared for compensation benefits.

Heartland was a decent company to work for. Not a lot of diversity in employees but there is opportunity to grow beyond your role.
