Market share dropping like a rock. Different vision, approach every year thus lacking consistency. Increasing the virtual sales approach to the commercial patch will spell the death of those field reps very soon.

In my role as a GreenLake "XaaS" Specialist, the biggest challenge was the changing of account lists every November. You would often lose an account that you had just won that generated ARR only to watch it go to another rep.

Great team oriented culture. There are lots of resources available to help you be successful. I’ve been a sales engineer for over 20 years and have never seen quotas so completely unachievable. Given the average deal size, I would have to close 4 to 5 deals a week to get anywhere near my number.
