Company’s sales force has been declining over the last 4 years. Expectations and quotas continue to rise even though the goals are not being met. It’s a demotivating environment to work in, and the product no longer feels relevant. The strategy does not resonate with customers.

I worked with a great team. The quota was not based on reality and had nothing to do with the market or past performance of the territory. My entire team was laid off even though we nearly achieved our goal.
