The company I work for was acquired by HPE, which is why my base salary is competitive (in place pre-acquisition). Quotas had large increases in 2025 without additional products/solutions to sell and no increase in territory. The comp plan is structured so that accelerators are reduced to 1X when you reach 140% attainment. It will be near impossible for sellers to hit the number, and absolutely impossible for leadership to hit it.

My overall experience was OK but not great. There was absolutely no on boarding training for my role and basically no support in learning the internal processes. I started off as a contract worker with salary and commission. They switched me to strictly salary based, but still had me tied to my previous quota of sales that I had to meet each quarter and annually.
