Sales people are not a priority. Leadership focus on operational bureaucracy and internal processes. KPIs are the focus of the business and not tools to help grow revenue. The tribal knowledge is awful because the good sales people depart fast.

Great people at HPE. Lots of competition in the market and a very partner based GTM which leads to some volatility in the success of a territory.
