The company has a good culture but the sales strategy leaves a lot to be desired. We have many different products and are pushed to try and sell them. All pricing is very premium which makes things harder. Leadership doesn’t want lower pricing to make us more competitive in the US.

The product is the best in the market. Ask any HR professional. The culture and leadership at C, VP, and Director levels are the best I've worked with in my 15 years in SaaS - no first-time founders here, everyone is experienced, mature, and genuinely puts people first.
