Former Employee HiBob has great team of IC’s and the employees are very friendly. The problem lies in Uk management who often cultivate toxicity with through blatant favouritism, outright incompetence and disregard for rules of engagement. The other regions are great!
They don’t actually listen to what employees need and end up cutting corners to save cost. For example, instead of hiring an experienced enterprise sdr manager to lead the enterprise function which consists of ICs that need guidance, they simply promote the worst person for the job to probably cut costs.
This end up increasing the workload of the ICs in this segment who inevitably have to lead themselves and just shows that the business is not actually invested in the success of this team.
This is purely for the enterprise division, if you chose to join, don’t expect any support in the form of a leader and just get on with it or look for support outside of your team which is pointless. Good luck!
