What is the leadership style like for sales professionals at HighRadius?

Horrible. While I was there for 3 years it was a constant rotation of CROs getting run off by the micromanaging CEO. AE's are looked down at as second class citizens compared to the typically less experienced presales people that sit in India. You will be talked down to over emails that include lots of team members for the tiniest misinterpretation by the leadership or God forbid a typo. You will be required to have you India based presales people proof read nearly all communication with customers and everything is over processed and so much time is wasted on internal strategy meetings instead of getting work done.

Move 60% of your pipeline to other AE, wonder why you arent closing deals every month. Huge sales leadership turnover. CEO involved in everything. Product/Enablement/SDR leadership in India who have never sold are regarded as Gods gift to the sales team and their word is the only one that matters. Change happens on a daily basis.

Leadership is shortsighted, selfish, emotional, and is candidly the reason HighRadius has been bleeding talent for years. This goes for the CEO/founder to those left in management. Stay away.

These answers are way too nice.  Take what they’re saying and multiply it by 4 for the level of horrible.   Long hours, mental sacrifices, and the pay is way below the industry.  All you need to do is go to Glassdoor, then just filter for the United States.  That rating tells you everything you need
