My overall experience was the worst I’ve had at any company by an order of magnitude. Toxic culture driven from the top down. Unethical sales business practices; EX: taking commissions from reps on closed won deals. Constantly changing sales processes (weekly). Scare tactics used to motivate. The most intense big brother program I’ve ever seen. Extreme micro management. Demeaning attitude from sales leaders towards reps in almost every meeting due to the process put in place and enforced by the CEO. The good is it’s a strong product market fit. Sweet spot is enterprise.

Decent but not Great! The company is on hire and fire rule and onboarded a large no of ICs and then removed them in bulk.
