The CEO is the main issue, he is past his prime and all know it. He simply has some control over the business but that's waning as the competition is catching up. Culture and leadership is extremely poor and unyielding - it is their way or the highway. Despite the best sellers in the org leaving and providing feedback, nothing seems to be changing.
