Former Employee My overall experience was that great product market fit isn’t enough. The company can do great things if they opened their ideas to people who come from elsewhere. Culture needs a lot of work - people are leaving even in the world of uncertainty and in hard economic times which should tell the executive and people team to keep their eyes and ears open. Use accountability for development not as a crutch.
