If you’re looking for a company where overwork and burnout are the norm, this is the place for you. While the base pay might be decent, the organizational structure is chaotic. There’s no team culture, management offers little support, and the disconnect between Customer Success and Account Management creates stress and unhappy customers. Management focuses solely on forecasts without helping on deals, and the lingering effects of layoffs are evident. It’s a churn-and-burn environment, far from the positive culture they claim to have.
