Work is interesting at first and culture was great when it joined. However, a new leader got elected and he ran it to the ground. They started hiring very low level people to save money, pushed for automation instead of innovation, and the leaders are so incompetent they basically turned it into a gossip heaven where lazy employees come to die. The leader now had left the company to "care for his father-in-law". Hopefully the successor will turn this ship around.

I’m overall experience was mostly underwhelming. Great start to a career in terms of getting a start on the fundamentals of supply chain management and inventory.

My Overall experience was good. Pay was not the most competitive and in person model was not modern. Great Established company however, with good sales systems, incentives, and inclusion.
