Overall a good company. Cool product. But struggling on new business. Probably 12+ months to build pipeline. Longer deal cycles. But product is getting better.

I love working at honeycomb. The challenges of working for a start up are the lack of inbound, the product fit in the market, and selling it, but the product is great, it just takes a bit of change management to sell, but I've never worked somewhere where people love the product so much, which makes it easier to outbound.

Great experience with amazing people, futures bright. Culture is awesome and my coworkers were always extremely helpful. We collabed well together, never felt like a bad competition or toxic environment amongst other SDR’s
