Overall great organization as a whole but a lot of changes as of late which makes it seem like a start up. Culture and community is great and a lot of good guidance from middle management. A great place to start your sales career. A great opportunity for growth. Initial base compensation and comp plans very under market. There is an opportunity for growth here but very difficult to move up which current structure and growth of sales team increasing dramatically. Inbound lead flow is very low quality for the lower level AE reps.

Great people, but leadership can't stick to a plan. They switch our comp structure and software packages practically every month. They pinch pennies by slashing commissions, taking away outreach tools, and paying AEs well below average. There are no stock options for new hires or 401K matching. Most senior AEs and managers are just hanging around waiting for the IPO.
