A lot of negative talk on here. My experience has been great. Not without challenges, but you aren’t going to get an easy sales job anywhere especially not at a place like HubSpot. If you have the drive to do well you will do well. A lot of positive changes taking place.

They try really hard to make employees safe and heard. However, that does put strain on leaders. They prioritize inclusivity over results and it makes the teams and managers suffer.
