Overall its been great working here in HubSpot, however the leads you are working with is challenging. Not evenly distributed. Essentially you pick your favourite accounts/prospects you want to work with, however a lot of the good accounts are already taken, so its not that straight forward. Pay is good and commission too. I was very lucky to have a good manager, but I've heard some stories about other team members not being so lucky.

Great product and brand. Not rthe best atmosphere on the sales floor. Lots of pressure and micro management.

I love the product and the company has some great perks, but the sales org is run into the ground. We have very high targets on a monthly basis. Being in SMB the average deal sizes are small, so on average we have to close 12-15 deal a month to hit quota.
