Current Employee Success in this job has nothing to do with your ability to demo, negotiate or sell. It is 100% dependent on understanding how to rip accounts from others, front run leads, and play the game of getting accounts and keeping them in your name. I was there for almost three years, got lucky but never really understood how to get accounts. No one will tell you because then it would cost them opportunity. This is the culture of hubspot. Everyone knows its a scam but no one will tell anyone anything on how to be successful because they either don't know and just got lucky, or they are hogging it all for themselves.
