Current Employee Overall, was excited to join HubSpot but a few things have missed the mark. 95% of the SMB AE role is sourcing and prospecting. There are no hot leads rarely ever. 10 month ramp period for a reason huge learning curve, very few people are consistently hitting quota post ramp. Great product, leadership, but only about 10-15% of time is actually spent on selling Browse Other Reviews
