The product is overwhelming, learning curve is steep and new reps get absolutely screwed with books. The tenured reps are sitting on gold mine account, know the product well, and sit on their hands for things to come inbound. It's tough sledding.

I worked here in 2020 as a BDR, territories were very small and very hard to hit target. Overall there was good incentive schemes for those who performed
