Current Employee4.4Jun 1, 2024My overall experience good. The product is awesome, and new functionalities keep coming. I'd say that as a sales at Hubspot, even corporate, you are expected to do a lot of outbound campaigns, cold calling, and targets are getting hard to attain.

Current Employee3.0Mar 21, 2024The company and culture have gone downhill since I started. They are very into micromanaging reps now. Took away some of our benefits such as a second "vacation quota relief". They implemented something called "comeback club" that is just extra busywork.
