Multiple years required before larger deals come into play. Compensation relative to target is not great in my opinion. Large number of deals required to hit target

Current Employee2.3Nov 25, 2024great product. there’s an ongoing lack of trust / disconnect with sales reps and sales leadership. internal friction for reps continues to increase. sales here is currently an uphill battle and not sustainable long term.
