Current Employee2.6Feb 4, 2025Pro: Hubspot is a great product. Nice office and great team. Con: Unfortunately, the targets are beyond crazy and only 20% of reps are hitting a fully ramped quota. As for the other 80% who are missing- they are missing by a long shot some only hitting 30-40% of target. The culture is a big churn and burn and they fly through talent.
